Change Takes Time

How often have you read something and said to yourself, "I should do that!" but you never get around to it? How many of these have you already forgotten about?


Or, how many times were you serious about making alifestyle change but it just doesn't seem to be able to stick, no matter how "badly" you think you want it?


There are three key things that create lasting change.


  1. Exposing yourself to something new and relevant over and over will automatically influence your brain to think in new ways.

  2. You are the sum of many years of habits that you have developed.

  3. Your brain gives you energy for what you believe.


There is a lot to be said about each of these in the Thrive Simple class you will actually get to practice these while learning so that you not only "hear" the words, but you experience them which is the best way to learn.


We will expose you to new ways to think about your health, giving your brain something to consider. We will teach you how habits are made and changed, and have you start practicing the process in a way that helps you believe you can do it. And we'll inspire you to imagine a future you that you want to be. The key is accumulating many simple habits slowly over time. Many who have come to the class have reported some of the simple habits they've accumulated that have helped them make change for the better.
