Your Coach

Hello, I'm Jeremiah Fern. I became a certified health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in February of 2024. I am also long time career adult educator and hold a Master of Arts in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix.

Like most, I've had my ups and downs with my health. Mostly because the advice I was given was wrong, or because I simply didn't know how to make lasting change. I started getting serious about it almost ten years ago.

​

Two years ago, I recall being at Canyon Lake on Memorial Day weekend. I was in the water and I looked back to my fellow Texans who were sunning on the beach or wading into the water and it hit me how unhealthy the masses have become. It was then that I decided I wanted to be a part of the solution and so I earned my certification and developed this class in hope of informing and inspiring people to take control of their life long well being.
